the funk

Okey doke. It's been a while so I'm going to take a moment to make myself chronicle what is going on in our lives or I wont remember it one minute from now. I would like to add that I have the funk (I am writing this while I am sick) so I am not going to "exclimate" anything or sound super chipper.

The house: Weeeelllll, we have to be out of our house in about 21 days and we have yet to find one that we want to purchase. So, the hunt continues. If you live in North Augusta and have a super awesome house and want to sell it for way less than it's worth (because I have to feel like I got a deal) please feel free to put it on the market. No need to let me know, I will find it since I blindingly search through all of the realtors websites EVERY day. I think buying your second house is much harder than buying your first. This house we planned on only being here for 5 years tops, the next house will be at least 10 to 15 years or longer and you want to make sure you can live with it for that long...better yet, love it. The plan for now is to move in with the rents. Yep, I said it. We're moving in with my parents for now (which by the way, is not a terrible thing at all. Especially if you have ever eaten my mom's cooking) and then possibly living in Adam's mom's house for a while when she goes to visit Tommy in Florida. Hopefully by then we have found THE ONE. I'll keep you posted.

Pants: off the chain. She is straight up the cutest thing I have ever laid eyes on and she only gets cuter every day. I was finally able to catch her on video making her "ooooo" sound and I will post it on here sometime when I don't feel like death. But I'm telling you, when you see it you will melt. She amazes me all of the time with how much she picks up on and how quickly she learns. She is already starting to pull up on things. Yikes. And she is starting to get those legs crankin' for some crawlin'.

Cute little mommy story that I have to share. We were in the grocery store the other day and pants actually got to ride in the buggy instead of her infant carrier because she can sit up on her own now. She was so amazed the whole time looking at all of the things on the shelves and all of the people. As we walked down the isles she looked left and right the whole time saying "ooooo". As I was putting some 2 liter sodas into the buggy she got especially excited and kept reaching out trying to grab them. I put one in the buggy beside her and she sat there with her arm around it like it was her little buddy the rest of the trip. It was adorable. I know she really wanted to put the bottle in her mouth and slobber all over it but thankfully she was immediately sidetracked by the items on the shelf again. She can't fool me, I know her games.

Here are a couple of pics of the little angel:
